Whether you're booking occasional trips or require ongoing support, we handle flights, accommodation, transfers, car hire, meetings and incentives, and more. We work with over 300 suppliers worldwide and are fully protected via ATOL and ABTA through our partnership with Inspire Europe.

Q2: Is there a minimum spend or commitment to use your services?
No, we operate a flexible, pay-as-you-go model with no minimum spend, no subscription fees, and no long-term contracts. Ideal for businesses who travel occasionally or want a simpler alternative to a full travel management company (TMC).

Q3: Do you provide business travel advice and consultation?
Yes. We provide guidance tailored to your industry, travel purpose, and budget. We can help shape internal travel policies, recommend efficient routing, and proactively manage complex or multi-stop itineraries.

Booking & Account Management

Q4: Can employees make bookings directly through Airtime Escapes?
Yes. We can work directly with individual travellers, line managers, or centralised booking contacts depending on your preference. We'll keep you updated and provide full oversight and confirmation documentation for every booking.

Q5: Do you offer account management or dedicated support?
We offer personalised service to all our corporate clients. For frequent users, we can provide dedicated account handling, regular check-ins, and proactive travel suggestions.

Q6: Can you manage travel for multiple employees or teams?
Absolutely. We handle bookings for individuals, small teams, or entire departments, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with your company's travel needs.

Q7: How do we submit a travel request?
You can use our enquiry form, email us directly, or contact us by phone. We respond promptly with tailored options. For regular clients, we can agree streamlined processes such as standing briefs or templated request forms.

Invoicing, VAT & Payment

Q8: Can we receive VAT invoices?
Yes. Where applicable (e.g. for UK hotel stays, car hire, meeting rooms), we will provide valid VAT invoices suitable for reclaim. Not all travel elements (e.g. overseas flights) are VAT eligible, but we will clarify which elements are reclaimable.

Q9: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major debit and credit cards. Bank transfers can be arranged for larger or repeat bookings. All payments are securely processed and comply with industry standards.

Q10: Do you offer credit terms or monthly invoicing?
Currently, we operate on an upfront payment basis. However, for regular clients, we are happy to discuss invoice bundling or scheduled payment options.

Q11: Will we receive a summary of all travel costs for accounting purposes?
Yes. We provide detailed booking confirmations and payment receipts. For regular clients, we can compile monthly overviews or reports upon request.

Protection & Compliance

Q12: Are bookings protected?
Yes. All bookings are protected under ATOL and ABTA via our partnership with Inspire Europe. This ensures financial security, especially for flight-inclusive packages.

Q13: Do you comply with GDPR and data privacy standards?

Q14: Can you ensure bookings align with our internal travel policies?
Yes. Let us know your travel policy, budget caps, or preferred suppliers and we will only provide options that meet your criteria.

Q15: Do you offer incentive or group travel?
Yes. We can plan corporate retreats, team incentives, conference travel, and group arrangements. These are fully customisable to your goals, budget, and brand.

Q16: Can you provide lounge access, fast track, or airport parking?
Yes. We can book extras such as airport lounges, parking, fast track, and car hire for your convenience.

Q17: Do you offer travel insurance for corporate bookings?
We recommend all travellers hold comprehensive travel insurance. While we do not sell insurance directly, we can advise on suitable providers or ensure coverage is in place where required.

Q18: Do you offer emergency or out-of-hours support?
We aim to be available when you need us. For urgent issues, please mark your enquiry as high priority or call us directly. We can provide enhanced out-of-hours support for frequent users.
