Airtime Escapes: Corporate Travel Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Airtime Escapes provides tailored business travel solutions to small and medium-sized UK businesses. These Terms & Conditions apply to all corporate travel arrangements made through Airtime Escapes. By engaging our services, you accept these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Airtime Escapes is a registered UK business acting as a retail agent of Inspire Europe Ltd (ATOL 11183, ABTA L4341). While we manage client relationships and travel arrangements, final bookings and financial protection are fulfilled by Inspire Europe Ltd.

2. Our Role

​

Airtime Escapes acts as your dedicated corporate travel agent. We advise, quote, and facilitate bookings according to your brief. All payments and formal bookings are securely handled via Inspire Europe Ltd. We remain your point of contact throughout.

We do not own or operate the airlines, hotels, car hire services, or any other elements of your booking. Your contracts are ultimately with the relevant suppliers.

3. Booking Process

​

• Enquiries: Each quote is bespoke and created upon request. It is non-binding and subject to availability at the time of enquiry.

• Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and processed.

• Prices: All pricing is subject to change until confirmed by deposit or full payment. Fluctuations in exchange rates, supplier costs, or availability may affect final costings.

• Authorisation: The individual submitting the enquiry confirms they are authorised to make arrangements on behalf of their business.

4. Payments

​

• No Admin Fees or Contracts: There are no subscriptions, retainers, or admin fees. You only pay when you book.

• Secure Payment: Payment links will be issued by Inspire Europe Ltd and may appear under their branding. All payments are secure and ATOL/ABTA protected where applicable.

• Balance Terms: A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking. Remaining balances must be paid in line with the supplier’s terms.

5. Amendments & Canc

ellations

​

• Supplier terms and conditions apply to all changes and cancellations.

• Airtime Escapes will assist you in navigating options, but we cannot waive third-party fees or override their policies.

• Non-refundable services (e.g. attraction tickets) will be clearly disclosed in advance.

6. Travel Documentation

​

• Final documentation, including tickets and itineraries, will be sent by Airtime Escapes upon receipt of full payment.

• It is the client’s responsibility to check all details immediately upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies.

7. Liability

​

• Airtime Escapes acts purely as a booking agent. We accept no liability for acts, omissions, or failures of third-party providers.

• In the event of supplier failure, we will act in good faith to assist in reaching a suitable resolution.

• Financial protection is provided by Inspire Europe Ltd under ATOL 11183 and ABTA L4341.

8. Data & Confidentiality

​

• All data is handled in line with UK GDPR regulations.

• We will not sell or misuse your information.

• Data is only shared with suppliers for the purpose of fulfilling your booking.

9. Exclusivity

​

• There is no obligation to use Airtime Escapes exclusively.

• However, once you have accepted a quote, we ask that you do not proceed with the same booking elsewhere. This ensures clarity, fairness, and operational integrity.

10. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
